Salary: $16.50

• Producing Quality parts that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Interprets the quality aspects of the product by using standards that meet the ESI Quality Verification Manual for Carrier plates, Belts and Paste wheels. This is completed by using both manual and electronic measuring devises.
• Machine operator 3 position is responsible for managing the flow of multiple machine centers, interpreting machine and product parameters, verifying that the product meets the standards to pass Final Audit and that all production requirements are met.
• This position requires that all safety guidelines are followed, have a complete understanding the process work instructions, operate equipment and participate in ongoing training session such as lean manufacturing concepts and product quality changes.
• This position is a key link between Management, Quality and Engineering regarding issues that affect product quality.
• Understand the basic needs of the ISO 9001:2000 certification requirements
• Maintain a clean production area
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Have basic knowledge computer use
